Privacy Policy
Draft updated October 3, 2026
1. Scope and contact
This policy explains the current Sweet Events website preview and how to contact Sweet Events Inc. about privacy. Booking workflows and software products need their own confirmed data-handling details before launch.

2. Information on this website
The current site has no inquiry form, customer account, checkout or photo-upload feature. Your service shortlist stays in the current page; the website does not send it to Sweet Events or save it in browser storage. Emailing us shares your email address and whatever information you include with Sweet Events and the email providers handling the message.
3. Hosting, sign-in and external content
This private preview is hosted through Sites and requires ChatGPT sign-in. The hosting and sign-in providers process information needed to authenticate visitors and operate the site under their own policies. This website’s code does not request your ChatGPT credentials.
Images currently load from Unsplash, and fonts load from Google Fonts. Loading these resources sends a request from your browser to those providers, which may include your IP address, browser information and request details. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies. See OpenAI’s Privacy Policy, Unsplash’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy.
4. Cookies and tracking in the preview
The Sweet Events page code does not set cookies, use browser storage, or include advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Hosting and authentication providers may use their own cookies or similar technology. Your browser settings can help you manage cookies and external requests; blocking them may affect sign-in or the appearance of the site.
5. Information you send by email
If you choose to contact us, your message can be used to respond and discuss the services you request. Email is outside this page’s shortlist tool. Please avoid sending payment card details, passwords or other sensitive information by ordinary email. The full retention and service-provider arrangements for customer communications will be confirmed for the public launch.
6. Photos, guest books and venue software
The homepage describes planned or separately provided services; the preview does not collect guest photos, guest-book messages, seating lists or event timelines. Before those features collect information, the relevant notice and agreement should explain who controls that information, who can see it, how it is used, how long it is kept and how removal requests are handled.
7. Privacy questions and requests
Contact smile@sweet-events.com with questions or requests concerning information you have shared with Sweet Events. Include enough context to identify your communication, without sending unnecessary sensitive information. Requests about a hosting, authentication or external-content provider can also be directed to that provider.
8. Changes
This notice will be updated as the website’s data practices change. The draft must be reviewed against the actual booking and software workflows before those features launch.
