1. About these terms

These terms describe use of the Sweet Events Inc. website. This website introduces our event services and venue software. Contact us with questions before relying on information for an event or purchase.

2. Information and availability

Service descriptions, illustrative photos and category previews help you explore possibilities. The online inventory catalog is coming soon. A category listing does not confirm that an individual item is in stock or available for your event. Prices and availability must be confirmed in a written proposal.

3. Inquiries and bookings

The celebration shortlist is an on-page planning tool. It does not send an inquiry, reserve inventory, book a service or take payment. Contact us by email to discuss your event. A booking is governed by the separate agreement you accept with Sweet Events, including the agreed scope, payment, cancellation, delivery and return terms.

4. Venue software

Digital Sign Software is offered to venues. Any software subscription, license, support, hardware requirements, data handling and service commitments will be set out in a separate venue software agreement. This website does not activate a software account or grant a software license.

5. Website content and acceptable use

Use this site for lawful personal planning or business evaluation. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or misuse its content. Sweet Events branding and original content may not be reused commercially without permission. Third-party images, fonts and other materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.

6. Third-party services

The private preview uses ChatGPT sign-in and hosting. Some images and fonts load from third-party providers. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices. Links to other services do not create a booking or an agreement with Sweet Events.

7. Website limitations

This prototype is provided for exploring and reviewing the website concept. It may contain errors or interruptions and is not a promise of uninterrupted access, inventory availability or any particular event outcome. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

8. Updates and contact

We may update website information and these terms as the site develops. Changes do not replace a separate signed agreement for an existing booking. Questions can be sent to:
